What we finance.

Capital

How we structure it.

The capital stack follows the asset. We size senior debt to contracted cash flow, layer concessional or mezzanine capital where the risk sits, and place the balance with lenders who underwrite the sector.

FAQ

Questions.

The questions we answer most often. Every structure remains subject to lender approval and due diligence.

How does seasonality affect debt?

Working capital facilities are sized to the crop or trade cycle, with peak and trough limits. Term debt is sized to annual cash flow, not the peak.

Processing, storage, irrigation, cold chain and export flows. Facilities can be secured against inventory, receivables or confirmed orders.

Export revenue can support hard-currency debt. Where revenue is local, lenders test hedging or indexation.
