What we finance.

- Water, wastewater and sanitation
- Schools, hospitals and social infrastructure
- PPP and concession structures
How we structure it.
The capital stack follows the asset. We size senior debt to contracted cash flow, layer concessional or mezzanine capital where the risk sits, and place the balance with lenders who underwrite the sector.

Questions.
The questions we answer most often. Every structure remains subject to lender approval and due diligence.
What makes an infrastructure project bankable?
Contracted or highly predictable revenue, a tested cost base, a clear risk allocation and a sponsor who can deliver. We test all four before approaching lenders.
Can EACDA structure a PPP?
Yes. We work on availability and demand-based PPPs, from feasibility and bankability through to concession terms and financial close.
Which capital fits infrastructure?
Typically a blend of concessional debt, senior commercial debt and, where needed, guarantees or mezzanine. The mix follows the revenue and risk profile.
